Delivery Policy

 

All orders are processed within 1 business day (exceptions may apply during holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. Please ensure that the email address you provide at checkout is valid and accurate to receive order notifications. Some delays may occur due to high order volume, delivery partner issues, or traffic conditions beyond our control.

 

The shipping cost of your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

In-Store Pickup

 

You can avoid shipping charges by choosing free local in-store pickup. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pickup within 1 business day (exceptions may apply during holidays). We will contact you via the phone number you provided at checkout with details on how to collect your item.

 

Our in-store pickup hours are from 08:00 to 19:00, Monday through Saturday. Please bring your order confirmation email when you arrive.

 

How can I check the status of my order?

 

If you have not received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ceo@ino.ae or via the contact number listed on our website (please refer to our business hours stated on the site). We will provide order information based on your name and order number.
